If you are an administrator of a site you might be asked to updated your sites meta info via a message that looks like the following. This message will appear only once per site. So if you didn’t see it you some one on your team has updates the information already.
Update Notice
The reason for the update is to gather usage statistics and provide you with better support.
So depending on which faculty you select that faculty will have access to your site for support reasons.
