WordPress 4.1 update

The update to WordPress 4.1 has brought some minor issues to users who are trying to login into WordPress via site-name/wp-admin or site-name/wp-login.php along with some other known issues with SSL, and password protected pages.

To help avoiding some common problems please follow these instructions:

Cloning or Replicating Websites is currently down
No quick fix at this time. Please stay tuned for updates.

Some missing elements:
In order to get to My Sites you will need to go through the dashboard and click on the My Sites link. The My Sites link is now in the same menu as the links to documentation for CMS – log in and then hover over the WordPress logo in the very top left hand corner.

Logging out:
In order to log out, you will need to do so from the dashboard of the site, not the front-end.

Password Protective Pages

We are currently aware that some people are having complications with password protected pages. We are working as fast as we can to fix this problem.

Note: Password protected pages may require your users to enter the password on each time they visit that page.

Note 2: If you are having issues with password protected pages it is almost certainly down to an SSL Certificate issue. Please completely clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Now completely close your browsers. Then, on a mac open up the app called ‘Keychain Access’. Click on certificates and then find the ones issued by COMODO. Delete each of those. For windows machines please follow these steps: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows-vista/view-or-manage-your-certificates and find the COMODO certificates and remove them. Now restart your browser.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. We’re working hard to address these matters.
