After testing on our verification servers, UBC CMS has been updated to version 4.1.1 of WordPress which fixes 21 bugs. You can read the full changelog on the release post.
As the release post mentions they;
…fixed one annoying issue where a tag and a category with the same name could get muddled and prevent each other from being updated.
This is in preparation for version 4.2 due in March.
